Personal data processing policy
1. General provisions
1.1. This Personal data processing policy (hereinafter – the Policy) is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by the "Indigo Solutions" Limited Liability Partnership (hereinafter – the Operator).
1.2. The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for its activities the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including the protection of rights to the inviolability of private life, personal and family secrets.
1.3. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website https://indigosolutions.kz (hereinafter – the Site). Use of the Site’s services constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of this Policy and the terms of processing their personal information specified therein.
2. Basic concepts used in the policy

4.2. The Site also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including "cookie" files) using web analytics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others). This data is used to improve the quality of the Site and its content.
5. Procedure and conditions for processing personal data
5.1. The processing of personal data is carried out with the User's consent to the processing of their personal data, which is expressed by ticking a box or clicking the form submission button on the Site.
5.2. The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
5.3. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
5.4. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the execution of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.5. The processing period for personal data is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator via email to the Operator's email address with the subject "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing."
6. Rights and obligations of the parties
"6.1. The User has the right to:
* Receive information regarding the processing of their personal data.
* Demand that the Operator clarify, block, or destroy their personal data.
* Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data."
"6.2. The Operator is obliged to:
* Organize the processing of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
* Ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized or accidental access.
* Cease the processing of personal data at the User's request."
7. Final provisions
7.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy unilaterally. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
